Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of elevated guideway and stations, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the construction of elevated guideway and stations, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Review and approve construction plans and specifications, ensuring that they meet the requirements of the project.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of construction progress, including documentation of site visits, inspections, and testing.
  • Provide input to the project manager on construction-related matters, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Relevant bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a construction supervision role, with responsibility for infrastructure projects of similar scope and complexity.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Fluent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated commitment to Environment, Safety, and Health (ES&H).
