Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at TurnerMoore LLP.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires 30 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of financial records and ledgers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Accounting Tasks: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, post journal entries, and prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare tax returns for individuals and businesses.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Languages: English (working language).
