About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing various financial tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems.

Job Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely payment to employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Reconcile accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports as required.
  • Conduct journal entries and maintain manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
