Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at REEJH HEALTHCARE STAFFING SOLUTIONS. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position requiring 30-35 hours of work per week. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledgers and financial statements.
    • Establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Payroll Administration
    • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
  • Account Reconciliation
    • Reconcile accounts on a regular basis.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education
    • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Judgement and reliability are essential for this role.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
Work Environment

This position requires a bondable individual who can work independently and as part of a team. A high level of confidentiality and discretion is expected.

What We Offer
