We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at REEJH HEALTHCARE STAFFING SOLUTIONS. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position requiring 30-35 hours of work per week. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledgers and financial statements.
- Establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Payroll Administration
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
- Account Reconciliation
- Reconcile accounts on a regular basis.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education
- A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Judgement and reliability are essential for this role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
This position requires a bondable individual who can work independently and as part of a team. A high level of confidentiality and discretion is expected.
