Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Conestoga Contracting Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and development of outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct Planting and Maintenance: Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to project timelines.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
- Planning and Estimation: Plan and estimate labor and materials for projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
- Grounds Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of outdoor spaces, including lawn care, grounds maintenance, and landscape construction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Valid driver's license, ability to work under pressure, and physically demanding work environment.
