Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Conestoga Contracting Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of landscaping projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of landscaping staff, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Skills: Valid driver's license, ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines, and physically demanding environments.
