Construction Project Manager

Randstad is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the daily on-site activities of one large project. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that the project is constructed in strict accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to manage and direct the work of all subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to meet or exceed client expectations of quality, safety, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the daily on-site activities of the project team
- Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and local codes
- Lead and direct the work of subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
- Monitor and control project costs and timelines
- Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and quality
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
