Job Title: Senior Marketing Associate

At Stryker Canada ULC, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Associate to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive business results
  • Coordinate and manage sales support through education of the sales team on the current product portfolio, problem solving, tool development, and projects as assigned
  • Provide support to Brand/Marketing Managers in the development and sales support of one or more marketing segments
  • Develop, drive, and support national tactics, actions, and campaigns to drive business results
  • Perform sales and marketing analysis, assist with trade shows, literature development, and presentations
  • Responsible for product or portfolio's targeting and positioning
  • Gather internal and external market insights to share with stakeholders
  • Provide sales training, develop roadmaps, and support new product launches
  • Develop sales tools and drive marketing campaign execution
  • Direct sales support in the field
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of work experience required
  • Eligible to work in a healthcare environment and travel to the U.S required
