About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to join our team at New 5 Electrical Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Leadership: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including carrying out administrative activities of the establishment and administering policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Windows, and MS Word.

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 per year, based on a 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment with a permanent position available.
