We're seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead our forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting the broader strategic direction of the business through business analyses and financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, partnering with leaders across the business to evaluate investment and resourcing needs.
  • Manage budget adjustments and reallocations, maintaining control over budgetary changes.
  • Develop and manage rolling forecasts, updating financial projections based on current data.
  • Analyze and report historical financial performance relative to targets.
  • Communicate financial insights and recommendations clearly and effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Participate in monthly operations meetings and contribute to discussions on business strategy and performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field of study or relevant and proven experience.
  • Professional qualifications such as CMA, CPA, or CFA a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience within an FP&A leadership capacity.
  • Strong understanding of Corporate Finance concepts and US GAAP.
  • Experience with financial planning tools and superior Excel modeling skills.
