We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Design Team Lead to join our team at 1372677 B.C. LTD. as a key member of our design department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of graphic designers or graphic arts technicians to ensure the successful completion of design projects.
  • Project Estimation: Estimate the time required to complete graphic designs and illustrations, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations, aligning with their communications needs and objectives.
  • Design Development: Develop graphic elements that meet client objectives, working in a multidisciplinary environment and coordinating with other teams as needed.
  • Client Communication: Establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand identity.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate sub-contracting and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Setting: Experience working in a printing shop or similar environment.
