Job Title: Graphic Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Artist to join our team at RedStep Immigration Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective graphics for our communications materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and guide junior graphic designers and graphic arts technicians to ensure high-quality output.
  • Estimate time and resources required for graphic design and illustration projects.
  • Adapt and modify existing illustrations to meet client needs.
  • Produce 2D and 3D animated drawings and computer illustrations for various media.
  • Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment to achieve project goals.
  • Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, and electronic materials.
  • Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials.
  • Determine the most suitable medium and vehicle for communication based on client objectives.
  • Develop graphic elements that meet client objectives and guidelines.
  • Establish guidelines for illustrators and photographers.
  • Prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements for client review.
  • Utilize existing photo and illustration banks, typography guides, and other resources.
  • Process files and paperwork efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a standard 40-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
