About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our Marketing department at BE Power Equipment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop creative concepts and designs for various projects, including logos, brochures, posters, websites, social media content, and advertisements.
  2. Maintain and enhance our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all design materials.
  3. Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and multimedia elements that effectively convey the desired message and meet project objectives.
  4. Utilize graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create and edit design assets.
  5. Develop layouts, select appropriate fonts, and arrange visual elements to create visually appealing and easy-to-read designs.
  6. Apply a deep understanding of color theory to create harmonious and engaging color schemes.
  7. Retouch and manipulate images to enhance visual appeal and ensure quality in print and digital media.
  8. Communicate with clients and team members to understand project requirements, provide design updates, and receive feedback.
  9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  10. Stay current with design and industry trends, incorporating new techniques and technologies to improve design quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with web design and user interface (UI) design.
  • Animation and video editing skills.
  • Familiarity with printing and production processes.
