Solar Engineering Manager, Analytics Lead

We're a community of builders committed to building better communities. Our Solar Engineering Manager, Analytics Lead plays a crucial role in maximizing energy production and revenue for our solar projects.

  • Oversees the performance of all solar projects to ensure optimal energy production and revenue.
  • Conducts potential loss calculations and identifies underlying issues to improve project performance.
  • Negotiates contracts and coordinates with manufacturers and SCADA suppliers to ensure project success.
  • Prepares and presents performance testing results and reports to clients and their independent engineers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of the solar industry and its operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to monitor and forecast project resources and staffing.
