About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Engineering Manager, Analytics to join our team at PCL Construction. As a key member of our solar energy division, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of all solar projects, ensuring maximum energy production and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough performance analysis of solar projects to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize energy production and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Provide expert guidance on solar industry trends and best practices
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
  • 10-15 years of progressive construction experience, with leadership and mentoring skills
  • Proven expertise in solar industry, including operation and performance of solar projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and manage risk
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
