About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at GE Renewable Energy Canada inc. in a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and control daily operations, oversee the analysis of data and information, and prepare reports.
  • Technical Expertise: Evaluate technical designs and engineering work, authorize the development of specifications for products or services, and advise senior management.
  • Communication: Provide detailed information and guidance to clients on project analysis and design, and review engineering projects to approve or recommend changes.
  • Business Acumen: Plan and control budget and expenditures, manage contracts, and develop risk management plans.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 5 years or more in a related field.
  • Skills: AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, Information technology, SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD).
