About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Allocation Analyst to support our inventory management strategies and plans that align with our financial goals and product strategies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of allocation strategies and experience working with various departments to integrate buying and planning with distribution strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to understand market trends and integrate buying decisions with allocation strategies
  • Allocate merchandise based on performance and adjust inventory plans accordingly
  • Interact with different departments to ensure efficient distribution strategies
  • Monitor inventory levels at the Distribution Centre and optimize store performance and omnichannel sales
  • Anticipate needs based on upcoming promotions and events
  • Ensure new and redeveloped stores are integrated into our P&A system
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in our systems

Requirements

  • University degree in Commerce or College diploma in Commerce or Fashion Marketing
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience in inventory management or allocation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business software
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
