The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating fixed assets and depreciation, maintaining general ledgers and financial statements, and preparing tax returns. Additionally, they will be expected to have strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
We are looking for a reliable and organized individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have excellent judgement and be able to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Prepare tax returns
- Post journal entries
- Prepare trial balance of books
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Excellent judgement and ability to maintain confidentiality
Working Conditions:
- Permanent position
- 32 hours per week
