Head Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at Nova Era Bakery & Pastry X Inc.
Job Summary:The Head Cashier will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training employees, ordering merchandise, authorizing returns, establishing work schedules, and managing cash. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong understanding of customer service.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Order merchandise
- Authorize return of merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Sell merchandise
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Manage cash
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 40 hours per week
