Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Labourer to join our team at Golden Acre Farms Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops, as well as operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Examine products for quality and readiness for market.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work at heights, in hot conditions, and for extended periods.
  • Hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility, organized, and team player.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The work site environment includes working at heights, in hot conditions, and for extended periods.

What We Offer
