About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Agricultural Labourer to join our team at Golden Acre Farms Inc. as a key member of our farm operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plant, Cultivate and Irrigate Crops: Ensure the health and productivity of our crops through proper planting, cultivation, and irrigation techniques.
  • Fertilize and Spray Crops: Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed to maintain crop health and prevent pests and diseases.
  • Harvest Crops: Safely and efficiently harvest crops at the optimal time to ensure maximum quality and yield.
  • Operate and Maintain Farm Machinery and Equipment: Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Examine Product for Quality: Inspect crops for quality and readiness for market to ensure we meet our high standards.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations.
