About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Agricultural Labourer to join our team at Golden Acre Farms Inc. as a key member of our farm operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plant, Cultivate and Irrigate Crops: Assist in the planting, cultivation, and irrigation of crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Fertilize and Spray Crops: Apply fertilizers and pesticides to crops as needed to promote healthy growth and prevent pests and diseases.
  • Harvest Crops: Assist in the harvesting of crops, including manual and mechanical harvesting methods.
  • Operate and Maintain Farm Machinery and Equipment: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including tractors, plows, and other equipment.
  • Examine Product for Quality: Inspect crops for quality and readiness for market.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high productivity expectations.
  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks, including standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
