Job Title: Baker

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at THE TEA CO. LIMITED. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing dough for a variety of sweet and savory goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality products.
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by inspecting kitchen and food service areas.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient production.
Work Environment:

Our bakery is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure to meet production deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
