Job Title: Baker

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Marcello's Pizzeria. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders
  • Bake mixed dough and batters
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Prepare special orders
  • Draw up production schedules
  • Train staff
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas
  • Operate machinery
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Attention to detail
