Job Title: Information Systems Analyst

Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting and maintaining our business applications, ensuring seamless operations and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with end-users to identify and deliver required system service levels.
  • Support the implementation of business applications, ensuring timely and accurate results.
  • Travel to various facilities as directed, providing on-site support and coordination for IS projects.
  • Communicate effectively with manufacturing departments, addressing their information systems-related needs.
  • Work as part of an integrated team, contributing to the success of all departments and the shop floor.

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent experience.
  • iSeries (AS/400) Professional Services.
  • 1-3 years CMS (or another ERP system) and relevant industry experience is an asset.
  • Self-starter with the ability to assist the team on multiple projects or tasks concurrently and complete them on time.
  • Knowledge of OS/400 (intermediate level).
