### Job Title: Information Systems Analyst

### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As an Information Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining our business applications. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting problem areas, providing end-user training and assistance, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

### Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with end-users to identify and deliver required system service levels
* Support the implementation of business applications as required
* Travel to various facilities as directed to support and coordinate IS projects
* Perform daily operations, including other duties assigned by the Director Information Systems or Information Systems Manager
* Be available on-call via cell phone or home phone and may require evening and weekend work in response to system needs

### Qualifications

* Associate's degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent experience
* iSeries (AS/400) Professional Services
* 1-3 years of experience with CMS (or another ERP system) and relevant industry experience is an asset
* Self-starter who can assist the team on multiple projects or tasks concurrently and complete them on time
* Knowledge of OS/400 (intermediate level)
