About This Role

We are seeking an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) specialist to join our team in Downtown Montreal. As an ERM specialist, you will play a key role in helping our clients identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact their business operations and success.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of ERM, including:

  • Implementing and augmenting ERM systems and GRC tools based on business requirements
  • Facilitating enterprise risk assessments to assist organizations in identifying, prioritizing, and assessing key organizational risks
  • Developing tools, techniques, and templates for organizations to use to sustain their ERM programs
  • Conducting 'risk deep dives' for new and emerging areas of concern for the Board and Management

As an ERM specialist, you will work closely with senior personnel to execute engagements through formal and informal client interactions, research, benchmarking, documentation of meeting minutes, management presentations, reports, and development of proposals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong academic record and the ability to excel in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior visualization and communication skills using PowerPoint and other MS Office tools

You will also have French language proficiency and the ability to clearly convey concepts and services to clients.
