About the Job:

The Risk Management Department plays a critical role in overseeing various types of risks faced by our corporate and investment banking business activities, including enterprise, strategic, credit, market, liquidity, operational, model, and other risks. To succeed in this role, you must have a strong educational background in a quantitative field, such as Mathematical Finance, Financial Engineering, Statistics, or STEM. You should also have minimum 3 years of experience in model development, validation, or a front-office quant role, and possess advanced programming skills in Python, R, C++, or similar. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in model development, validation, or a front-office quant role
  • Advanced programming skills in Python, R, C++, or similar
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with model risk management practices and regulatory requirements

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
