Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at Crest Hotel LP. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Customer Service: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Financial Transactions: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying, and maintain accurate records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, with English as the primary language of communication.
