Job Title: Glass Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Glass Installation Specialist to join our team at NEWCRAFT WINDOWS & DOORS INC. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing and repairing glass and aluminum products in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and repair glass and aluminum products, including windows, doors, and skylights
  • Measure, mark, and cut glass to ensure precise fits
  • Assemble and install prefabricated glass, mirrors, and glass products
  • Install door and window hardware, including hinges, handles, and locks
  • Repair glass doors and other glass structures
  • Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment
  • Transport cases of glass and other materials
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the trade
  • Ability to work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
