Strategic Capital Markets Analyst

Q4, a leading provider of investor relations and capital markets solutions, seeks an experienced Strategic Capital Markets Analyst to join our Intelligence Team. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in enhancing our service offerings by driving efficiencies through workflow innovation, analyzing critical capital markets data, and advising clients on equity and ownership activity.
In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, participating in strategic meetings with senior executives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the user experience. Your expertise as a market expert and valued partner will enable you to serve as a trusted advisor to publicly traded companies, helping them navigate complex capital markets trends.
We are looking for a skilled analyst with 2-5 years of relevant experience in capital markets, preferably with industry-specific stock surveillance expertise. A strong educational background in finance, economics, accounting, business, mathematics, or computer sciences is preferred. You should possess superior analytical reasoning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to absorb and analyze large datasets in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of capital markets trends, shareholder targeting, corporate governance, and shareholder engagement. They will be able to identify potential pain points and upsell opportunities while building and retaining client relationships. Our ideal candidate is driven to expand knowledge and solve problems, with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with pension matching incentives, flexible paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package.
