About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Investment & Personal Banking Specialist to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers throughout their financial journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial goals and preferences.
  • Provide a full range of customized financial solutions using a financial planning approach.
  • Analyze customers' needs and recommend the appropriate strategies and solutions to help them achieve their goals.
  • Focus on complex solutions and comprehensive financial planning.
  • Drive sales of investment and credit products.
  • Collaborate with peers, customers, and partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years of related experience selling investment and credit products.
  • Demonstrated sales management experience and the ability to market Scotiabank's products.
  • The ability to build strong relationships focused on providing a great client experience.
  • A license to sell mutual funds and working towards the CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning (or Bank recognized equivalent).
