Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at The Beach Club Resort. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards and that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities- Determine food portion sizes and costs to maintain profitability and quality standards.
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements to ensure efficient inventory management and minimize waste.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Manage kitchen supplies and equipment, ordering as needed to maintain optimal levels.
- Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment usage to inform future purchasing decisions.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
