Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, and implementation of care plans
Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and services
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services

Requirements

Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
One (1) year of recent, related acute care or residential experience
Demonstrated knowledge and skills within a specific clinical specialty or patient population
