Accounting Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounting Supervisor to lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial reporting, and a commitment to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support reporting and schedules for internal and external stakeholders, including management, board, and compliance reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze actual monthly, quarterly and year-end consolidated financial statements and other reports with oversight from more senior team members.
  • Perform general and cost accounting activities through the preparation and analysis of budgeting/forecasting, cost reports, balance sheets, general ledgers, and payable/receivable accounts.
  • Provide leadership to clerical team members, including goal setting, performance management, and training and development.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business or Accounting
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
