Accounting Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Devereaux Property Management Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve complex work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve business objectives
  • Plan, set up and administer accounting systems to ensure efficient financial operations
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people and provide guidance and support to ensure their success
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in accounting and finance
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in accounting software and technology
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic
