We are currently seeking Occupational Therapists located in the Greater-Toronto-Area to support our expanding client base.

About This Opportunity

Key Qualifications
  • You hold a MSc. Occupational Therapy degree or equivalent
  • You can provide proof of registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario in good standing, or in process of registration as a new grad
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, and ideally in the community
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation (e.g. Health Care Consent Act, Mental Health Act, etc.)
  • Superior communication, problem-solving, time management, and documentation skills
  • Self-motivated and demonstrated ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
  • A valid Driver's License and auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per yearKey Responsibilities
  • Complete general and specialized assessments such as those for physical and cognitive capacities, mobility, and attendant care needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans with the client
  • Provide treatment to clients in the clinic, their community, home or workplace
  • Preparing and submitting case notes and reports
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
