About the Position
">We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Rehab First Inc. in the Greater-Toronto-Area.
Job Summary
">This is a rewarding opportunity for a skilled Occupational Therapist to make a positive impact on clients' lives, providing assessment and treatment services in various settings.
Responsibilities:
">- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and cognitive capacities, mobility, and attendant care needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
- Deliver occupational therapy services in clinic, community, home, or workplace settings.
- Prepare and submit case notes and reports accurately.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
">- MSc. Occupational Therapy degree or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario in good standing or in process of registration.
- Experience in healthcare settings, preferably in the community.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and documentation skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
- Valid Driver's License, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months.
