We're seeking a skilled Interaction Designer to join our Google UX team. As an Interaction Designer, you'll play a crucial role in crafting industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Propose innovative solutions by leveraging existing patterns and best practices in interaction or visual design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design leads, writers, researchers, developers, and Product Managers, to drive product ideas forward.
  • Develop a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors to inform design decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in conversation design, product design, or UX.
  • Portfolio showcasing experience in visual design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations.
