Occupational Therapist

Lifemark Seniors Wellness is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Parksville, BC.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct clinical evaluations, including admission assessments and specialized seating and positioning assessments.
- Identify equipment needs and provide recommendations.
- Consult with vendors and complete applications for funding.
- Provide education on seating, positioning, and independence.
- Evaluate restraint use, wound prevention, and falls prevention.
- Record assessment and treatment interventions in client charts.
- Registration with the Provincial Association of Occupational Therapists.
- Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
