Occupational Therapist

Lifemark Seniors Wellness is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations, including admission assessments and specialized seating and positioning assessments.
- Identify and recommend appropriate equipment needs, collaborating with local vendors and completing applications for funding.
- Provide education on seating and positioning, independence with activities of daily living, wheelchairs, and adaptive aides, as well as ongoing education to clients and family to improve function, independence, and safety.
- Monitor and record assessment and treatment interventions in client charts, adhering to guidelines established by the College of Occupational Therapists.
- Registration with the Provincial Association of Occupational Therapists.
- Experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
