Occupational Therapist

Lifemark Seniors Wellness is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting clinical evaluations, identifying equipment needs, and providing education to clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with local vendors to secure necessary equipment and funding
- Provide education and training to clients and their families on independence, safety, and wellness
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Registration with the Provincial Association of Occupational Therapists
- Experience in Long Term Care or a related field
