L3Harris Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for managing assets and coordinating demo projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and log asset requests, ensuring timely updates and sign-offs.
  • Work closely with the Demo Project Manager to plan and execute asset requests.
  • Provide status updates to the Project Manager, ensuring alignment with project schedules.
  • Coordinate demo shipping, bailment agreements, and export permits.
  • Ensure trip reports are filed against asset numbers and repair requisitions are raised as needed.
  • Track and log asset budget estimates, reconciling with actual amounts for budget forecasting and accruals.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player attitude with strong working relationships with department representatives, managers, and support staff.
  • Ability to deal directly with internal and external customers.
  • Experience in shipping and waybill tracking.
  • Strong background in export control and compliance.

Desired Education and Experience:

  • Requires highly developed job knowledge and skills.
  • 2 years post-secondary degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
