L3Harris Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for managing assets and coordinating demos and trade shows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and log asset requests, updating as required.
  • Obtain asset sign-offs and work closely with the Demo Project Manager to plan and execute asset requests.
  • Provide status updates to the Project Manager to ensure alignment with project schedules.
  • Coordinate demo and trade show logistics, including budget approvals, bailment agreements, and insurance requests.
  • Ensure fluid communication with Export & Logistics Coordinators.
  • Post weekly trade show and demo reports.
  • Coordinate tech support requirements with the Demo Technical Supervisor.
  • Coordinate demo shipping and bailment agreements.
  • Coordinate US and Canadian export permits to support demo and other sales support activities.
  • Track and log asset budget estimates and reconcile with actual amounts to support the monthly budget forecast and accruals cycle.

Required Capabilities:

  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player attitude with the ability to develop strong working relationships with department representatives, managers, and support staff.
  • Ability to deal directly with internal and external customers.
  • Experience in shipping and waybill tracking.
  • Strong background in export control and compliance related to temporary export of sales demo assets.
  • Knowledge in filing and tracking techniques.

Desired Education and Experience:

  • Requires highly developed job knowledge and skills.
  • 2 years post-secondary degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
