As a Demo Project Coordinator at L3Harris, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our sales support activities. This includes coordinating with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability, and back orders.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and logging asset requests (AR) and updating them as required.
  • Obtaining AR sign-offs.
  • Working closely with the Demo Project Manager in planning and executing on ARs.
  • Providing status input to the Project Manager to align project schedules.
  • Demonstrating products at trade shows, user conferences, and other events while ensuring fluid communication with Export & Logistics Coordinators.
  • Posting weekly trade show and demo reports.
  • Coordinating tech support requirements with the Demo Technical Supervisor.
  • Coordinating demo shipping and bailment agreements.
  • Ensuring US and Canadian export permits are obtained to support demos and other sales support activities, including permit usage reporting and participant logs.
  • Filing trip reports against AR numbers for each demo or tradeshow and raising repair requisitions with CSG if repairs are needed.
  • Tracking and logging AR budget estimates and reconciling them with actual amounts to support the monthly budget forecast and accruals cycle.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint (MS Office).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A team player attitude with the ability to develop strong working relationships with department representatives, managers, and support staff.
  • The ability to deal directly with internal and external customers.
  • Experience in shipping and waybill tracking.
  • A strong background in export control and compliance related to temporary exports of sales demo assets.
  • Knowledge in filing and tracking techniques.

We require highly developed job knowledge and skills, preferably with a minimum of 4 years of prior experience and a 2-year post-secondary degree.
