Job Summary:

The Marketing Project Manager will oversee and manage marketing programs, campaigns, and activities from start to finish. This role will act as a bridge between stakeholders within marketing, across departments, and external agencies, ensuring that all marketing initiatives align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, project manage, and launch product releases for new products.
  • Develop and execute marketing content that strengthens Mircom's brand and fosters business growth.
  • Project manage and oversee the execution of digital marketing programs and campaigns, including setup, delivery, data, reporting, and analytics.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, resourcing, and reporting.
  • Create marketing project proposals that turn ideas into approved and actionable projects.
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in marketing tools and best practices within and between teams and suggest improvements.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related program.
  • 3+ years of experience in a professional marketing or agency environment.
  • PMP certification is considered an asset.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing setting is considered an asset.
  • Exceptional communication skills, adept at engaging with stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Experience in driving marketing projects that facilitate and increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Highly motivated with strong work ethic and ability to collaborate and interact effectively across multiple departments.
