About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Project Manager to join our team at Mennie Canada Limited. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comparative Research: Conduct in-depth research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products, analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to meet business objectives, including market segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Coordinate Special Events: Coordinate and execute special publicity events and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Measure and Analyze Performance: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and projects.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an industrial or commercial products setting.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
