We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager - Warehouse to join our team at Simtex Textiles Inc. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities, managing daily activities, and overseeing the performance of our team members.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining high productivity levels, meeting production deadlines, and adhering to quality control standards. You will work closely with our production team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Management: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for regular maintenance and repairs of warehouse equipment and machinery, minimizing downtime and optimizing productivity.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $**55,000** per year, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
