A+W Software is a leading provider of ERP solutions for the flat glass, window and door manufacturers industries.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to join our Services team in North America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing our Cantor solution, addressing client inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ERP implementations, working with project managers to ensure timely, within-budget, and on-scope delivery.
  • Support sales processes by joining meetings, leading product demos, and guiding clients through implementation and go-live procedures.
  • Collaborate with clients to collect data and information for software customization, communicate with internal stakeholders for feedback and approval, and provide customer guidance throughout the process.

This is a remote position requiring 25-50% business travel across North America. You will work autonomously on long-term, high-profile projects, influencing efficiency, productivity, and innovation in manufacturing processes.

Requirements:
  • Experience as a professional services or technology consultant with direct knowledge of software implementations and system integrations from the product or client side.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including creating documentation, making presentations, facilitating training, and translating technical details for non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with system integrations, configuration, and troubleshooting in a production environment, ideally in the Fenestration or Flat Glass industry.
  • Interpersonal skills: positive attitude, genuine interest in solving complex problems, collaborative relationships with internal and external teams, ability to build trust and influence without authority, and confidence in traveling nationwide or internationally.
  • Technical skills: expertise in configuring and supporting ERP, PPA, or MRP systems; proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel, and databases such as MS SQL; experience diagnosing and resolving application errors via remote tools like TeamViewer.
Salary Range:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
