Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at KR Roofing & Exteriors Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our organization and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of tasks and projects.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers.
  • Monitor and analyze financial and administrative controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Represent the company in negotiations and other official functions, ensuring the company's interests are represented and protected.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
